Alfonso Oñate Laborde
Experience
Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Master of Jurisprudence and Doctorate candidate from the Oxford University, England. He has published several works related to Philosophy of Law, Human Rights, Constitutional Law and the Justice Administration System. Founding counselor of the Federal Judicial Council. Executive Secretary of the Commission for Labor Cooperation of North America. Professor of Philosophy of Law and Constitutional Law in several Mexican universities and of Comparative Law and Protection of Personal Data in American and Ibero-American universities, respectively. He is currently President of the Research Center for Justice Standards, as well as the Mexican Academy for the Protection of Personal Data, A.C.
